Now What?

A lot of you have asked what comes next. We are waiting for what is called the "pink slip". The pink slip is actually just that, a pink piece of paper. On it is our embassy appointment date. We need to visit the US embassy in Guatemala City with Olivia before we can leave the country with her. They will issue her visa to enter the US at that time. Once we have the visa we are free to come home. So now we wait to find our when our appointment is, then we will make travel arrangements. We will have 5 to 10 days from the time we are notified of our appointment until we have to be at the embassy with her. It can take up to 4 or 5 weeks from the time we exit PGN to be notified of our appointment date, so now we wait - again - but this time it's much easier because we see the light at the end of the tunnel!

We just want to thank of you who have been in prayer over Olivia and this process, it's really priceless to us. We just ask that you continue to pray for her adjustment into our family and that the Lord will prepare her heart for us, and ours for her.
